Faithful In A Very Little

First a nugget I found after writing yesterday’s Post:

“Gratitude is the heart’s memory.” — French Proverb

Whoever is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much. — Luke 16:10

Sometimes we feel chained to the “little things” in life — chores and duties that don’t seem that important.

A long time ago and far away when I was an athlete, my coaches would spend hours on the “little things” that seemed so minor, but in truth made the difference between being good and being great. Sports victories are often accomplished by a tenth of a second and/or inches, not hours or miles. The same goes for the minutia in contracts, the placement of a comma, and a million other “little things.”

In just about everything, if we focus on the little things, the big things will take care of themselves.
