Not Living Your Dreams?

Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears — Les Brown

Its a good question to ask ourselves — Am I living my dreams, or am I living my fears?

Athletes are schooled to let go of their fears — fear of losing, fear of injury, fear of making a mistake, etc. It is good advice for all of us. Fear of rejection, fear of embarrassment, the list goes on and on, restrain and limit our every action.

I know letting go of our fears is easier said than done. But always remember the words found in Isaiah 41:10 — “fear not, for I am with thee.”

Whenever you are hesitant ask yourself, “Of what am I afraid?” Then ask yourself, “Do I want this fear to determine my decision?” Surround yourself with friends and family who want you to live out your dreams, and avoid like the plague those who only remind you of your fears.

Your dreams are but a first step away, don’t let your fears prevent you from making that first step.
