Searchers

Every now and then one runs across a person who refers to himself as a “seeker” or a “searcher.” They describe themselves as being on some life long quest to find God or the ultimate truth. Although I admire the goal, the ambition, and the determination, I find myself saying it isn’t God who hides himself from us, it is we who tend to want to hide from God. He is located in your heart, and can be seen in the glories of mother nature, the stars, and for me — in our wonderful oceans.

Take a minute to ask God if he is present and listening, the answer is always yes.
