Grateful, Gracious, and Thankful

When good things happen it’s easy to be grateful, thankful, and gracious. Not so when our world collapses.

Being grateful in dark times takes hard spiritual work, but it is necessary and if accomplished is even more rewarding.
For if we are only thankful during the good times we are incomplete, learning gratitude during the bad times allows us to claim the fullness of our being.
Each of our lives brings us to times of joy and to times of sorrow, so look at everything, the good and the bad, and be thankful, gracious, and grateful for wherever we are at the moment.
