The Time When We Accomplish the Most

Meditation is the time when accomplishing nothing accomplishes the most.

When one mediates and prays, he or she enters a realm known only by you and God. No one can enter, and no one can understand what goes on except God and you.

The person communicating with God isn’t the same person you present to the world, because God would see right through your disguise. No, the person who talks to God is the true you, and the person God responds to is your true self.

We make meditation and prayer a regular routine because the more we practice, the more we become comfortable being the true self we were meant to be and not the person adorned by worldly trappings.

The more we get comfortable as the true person we/you are, the more we want to throw off the disquises we wear to the world.

Meditation and prayer are uncomfortable at first because we feel naked and exposed before God, but the more we practice we become comfortable exposing ourselves, figuratively, to God and the world.

Meditation is the time when accomplishing nothing accomplishes the most.
