You’re a mature adult, and yet you can learn a lot from a baby bird. We too fear to trust our wings. We often plume and flutter them, but dare not throw our weight upon them. We cling to our perch, and excuse our timidity by saying we are “chained by circumstances.” Courage is what we lack.
Learn from the baby bird. When the next gust of wind blows our way — let go. Trust that as you begin to fall God’s breath will lift you up, and you will soar to the sky.
