Many of us meditate or pray early in the morning and that’s it. This week try an experiment.
Take your meditation or centering prayer skills with you during the day.
Instead of acting and reacting on impulse, watch your mind — continuing to bring your thoughts back to center.
Events and problems tend to dominate our days, but this week when they occur, consciously return to your center, return to your core, and remember to breathe whenever a problem arises.
Try it once or twice, you might be surprised as to how differently you handle daily distractions when you breathe and center first.
