I Am The Way, The Truth, And The Light — John 14:6
I couldn’t find it in my hymnal but perhaps someone can help me find it. There is an old hymn that includes the following wisdom, “new ways teach new duties.”
For many of us 2017 and a new President has us asking about this new era we are about to embark upon.
Every year brings new problems, new situations, and questions such as what does the Lord want us to do?
As we approach this new year and era, may we remember Christ’s words to us that he has much more to teach and show us through his spirit.
He will always keep that promise to teach and guide if we are faithful and not seek solutions from things and persons who are not “the way.”
As we begin the 2017 may we seek the light by turning to God in prayer, meditation, and service.
