Know that “impossible” where truth and mercy and the everlasting voice of nature order, has no place in a brave man’s dictionary. – R.W. Emerson
I still marvel at a multi-ton airplane flying in the sky, a pile of steel called a ship floating across an ocean, and yes, the ability of a surgeon to take out one defective organ and replace it with a good organ and life continues.
The same goes in the moral world. It is possible for everyone to have food and shelter. It is possible to have a world where everyone is educated and has an opportunity. It is possible for people with different ideas and from different backgrounds to resolve their differences. Jesus said, “Nothing shall be impossible to you.” – Matt. 17:20.
We are called to extinguish the word “impossible” from our vocabulary when it comes to our relationships with our “neighbors.” Forgiveness is possible. Kindness is possible. Trust is possible. Contemplate the “impossible” in your world, and believe the “impossible” will become the possible.
