Prayer comes in many forms. It can occur at any time of the day or night. It can occur at any location.
We can pray when we meditate or when we sing. We can pray when we are on our knees or when we are dancing. We can pray when we are scared to death or when we are happier than a clam. (Are clams always that happy?)
We pray when we write poetry, when we write a note to a sick friend, or when we write a birthday greeting. We pray with our eyes closed or staring into the bright sun.
Some of the greatest prayers are said without words, simply sitting in the presence of God and listening.
Communication with God takes many forms, he cares not what form it takes, neither should we.
