Humanity Has Shaped the World Since The Dawn of Time

Humanity has shaped the world since the dawn of time. Of all God’s creatures we are the only ones who have the ability to consciously alter our surroundings for the better or worse.

We are always seeking to improve ourselves and the world we live in. Lent is a time for self-examination, but self-examination doesn’t exclude our world and its possibilities.

Nature, our surroundings, is the same as as our nature within each of us in this respect. It is something to be worked on, changed, and made better. We created the current state of the world, we can alter it.
