Happy New Decade

“Hope smiles from the threshold of the year to come, whispering, ‘It will be happier’…” — Alfred Lord Tennyson.

The theme of my New Year’s Resolutions this year will be “it will be happier.” Not that 2019 was an unhappy year, in fact it was a very good year, but there is nothing wrong with hoping that this next year will be even happier.

Today is the year’s threshold and as I enter the year and decade I do it with excitement and hope. There was a time I thought I would never see 2020, and now comes and hope that I will see 2030. What changes will we see?

We begin a new adventure. I hope you will join me and the Pew.
