They Are But Men

Let the nations know that they are but men. — Psalm 9:20.

Well technically they are but men and women, but you get David’s point. It has always bothered me that we assume someone is our enemy or evil because of their nationality, when in truth those who wish us harm or death are a select few. And those few are usually old men trying to hold onto power, and the best way to do that is to blame an “enemy” for a country’s problems.

Do you think God wonders when we are going to ever understand that we are all brothers and sisters?
