Somehow We Survive

I haven’t met anyone that hasn’t had their own bushel of troubles during their lifetime. The funny thing is that we can always find someone whose bushel wasn’t a full as ours, and we can always find someone whose bushel is much fuller. Trouble is indeed relative. The only thing we all have in common is we all somehow survive. Thus the adage, “They can’t eat you.”

I don’t believe God is responsible for our troubles most of which are of our own making. But he/she is there to provide comfort and presence. That is pretty durn cool!
