And having been warned in a dream not to return to Herod, they left for their own country by another road. — Matthew 2:12.
The magi went home “by another road.” Each of us comes to Christ a different way, some by parental influence, some by tragedy or crisis, and some by an epiphany of a different sorts. Yet, we all leave changed and traveling on a different road.
This new year and on this day of Epiphany it is time to find that “road.”
