Science

I know very thoughtful people who believe science and the existence of God are inconsistent. Many other people believe that scientific discoveries that are inconsitent with Genesis are faulty. Then there are others who believe that the more we discover about the complexities and mysteries of our universe and science, the less they believe that God played a part in it.

They are entitled to their beliefs. I on the other hand, believe that the more we learn about the complexity and mysteries of our universe and our very existence, the more I marvel and believe in his/her existence and role. I also believe because built into the very being of every one of us there is a profound need and hunger for the truth, goodness, love, and yes — for God.
