As you can tell from some previous posts the Marigold Hotel has quickly become one of our favorite movies. This morning as I meditate the line above popped into my brain. The quote applies to more than events. Each of our souls must learn what it is, and why it is here. This knowledge is acquired by experience. Only through time, pain, joy, suffering, failure, and success do we learn that there is an imminent wisdom, a love, that is equal to all occasions. Our soul constantly struggles upward and forward toward completion. Our soul is ever trying to express itself, and when we finally come to consciousness of what it means to develop a soul, and of the divine trend of each of our lives, we no longer resist.
