Seasons

For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born,…. Ecclesiastes 3:1-8.

We are all familiar with this biblical poem, if not from our Bible readings, then from listening to Pete Seeger and the Byrds. However sometime we miss the point, as we feel overwhelmed by a particular season in our lives. When it’s time to weep – it’s okay to weep! When it’s time to dance – we should dance. We keep silence when we should be quiet, and we should speak when it is time to speak. What season do you find yourself in?

For Frances Lee Yingling, daughter of Caroline and Jeremy, 7lb and 2 oz. it was a time to be born, and a time for Grandfather Webb to sing – one more time.
