Kindness

A word casually thrown around, but really means a whole lot more and deserves our recognition is kindness. There is really no excuse for not being kind. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and to treat others with kindness. I’m not talking about being nice, kindness has a much more significant connotation. You can be gruff or abrupt and still be kind. Kindness has a lot more to do with what you do, than how you do it.

As you begin your weekend meditations think about people who have been kind, think about yourself and pause for a moment to remember a kindness that stays with you. Do you think someone else has such a memory of something you  did?
