How many of us at this time of year don’t resolve to “slow down” or “slow down just a little?”
Yet, pretty soon today’s fast-paced and instant gratification world take ahold.
One way to slow down just a little is to engage in what is called “intentional conversation and listening”—where our first reaction to another’s words is not to be thinking about how to respond.
When slowing down and prayer/meditation find harmony, we experience God’s unconditional love and care for us.
