Mindfulness is all the vogue these days, although it was introduced 25 centuries ago.
It is often misunderstood and is extremely difficult to express in words — not because it is complex, but because it is too simple and open.
There are three fundamental activities: Mindfulness reminds you of what you are doing; it sees things as they really are, and it sees the true nature of all phenomenon.
Mindfullness takes place in the here and now and is an awareness of all that surrounds one.
Finally, it is the art of bare attention, it just looks.
