Still My Soul

But I still my soul and make it quiet; — Psalm 131:3.

We all are anxious from time to time, and many of us have learned over the years how to calm our anxieties (still our souls). A quiet walk in the woods, centering prayer, theraputic breathing, listening to a favorite piece of music are but a few ways to still our souls. What is your most dependable device that quiets?
