Both of my meditations for the day remind me of the Whoopi Goldberg line in Sister Act II – “Girl, you got to wake up and pay attention.”
We often look to far afield for God. We don’t need to take a telescope or microscope to find God. We only have to be receptive and ask for help, and God manifests himself through our acts and the wisdom of our decisions. Remember the words: “In him we live and move, and have our being.” The soul that pays attention receives illumination.
