Expansion

Whether it is team sports, work, or personal relationships there comes a point when we are entreated to give a little more of ourselves. The most vivid memories I have of these requests are of my days in a locker room at halftime or in a huddle during the fourth quarter of a tight game. But I am sure there are hundreds of examples in other endeavors and in life.

During my morning meditation I wondered what would happen if each and every one of us tried to expand themselves — to give that what is subconsciously

held back in reserve. We know that for each of us our limitations are self-imposed. Life itself has no walls, no doors, and no bounds. So what would happen if we all gave a little more of ourselves today or any day? What if we sent out our personal vibration a little stronger? What corresponding vibration of joy, success, or love would find its way into our presence? It might be worth a try.
