What Can I Give?

… the measure you give will be the measure you get, and still more will be given you. — Mark 4:24.

I bet you have heard someone say, “What’s in it for me?” Even though you may never said this phrase you might have thought it. I used to have a friend who would hear about someone getting a huge kickback and would say, “I either want it stopped, or I want in on it.”

Mark tells us that we need not worry about getting our fair share out of life. He assures that whatever we give in the way of life and fulfillment to others we will receive and then some. In other words quit worrying about “What’s in it for me.” The question should be “What can I give?”
