Wednesday In the Fourth Week of Lent

You’ve go to do your own growing, no matter how tall your Grandfather was. — Irish Proverb
Lent is a time of immense spiritual growth, but how much we grow is up to us and what we do with the tools we are given. Somedays you might feel like you are making great progress, and some days it may seem like your spinning your wheels, but that’s okay, spiritual growth is not a race or a contest. What is important is simply that we take advantage of the opportunity.
During Lent each of us is building our own miracle, and when we serve others we are helping others to build their miracle, too.
PS: I start my travels today. There will be a Pew posted every day, but it might be delayed. I  will be working on strange computers. W.
