Behave In A Certain Way To Be Transformed

Religion is not about accepting twenty impossible propositions before breakfast, but about doing things that change you. It is a moral aesthetic, and ethical alchemy. If you behave in a certain way you will be transformed. — Karen Armstrong.

I am a big fan of Karen Armstrong and her books. I ran across the a above quote the other day. Doing things that change you. You will be transformed. Those words stir something in me, how about you?

History is changed and great things are done by men and women who are looking to transform themselves and the world.

When I speak, I always tell my readers that there is a novel inside each and every one of them, and I believe that. We all have a story to tell. I also believe that within each of us is the ability to change and transform ourselves and the world. Life is not about hypotheticals, it’s as real as it gets, and when we understand that it is we take the first step toward transformation.

What can you do to transform and change to be the person God always intended? That is a search worth pursuing,
