Aaahhh, Webb. My latest retreat and meditation consisted of being kidnapped for our 27th wedding anniversary. Casey & I take turns each year with this wonderful tradition that she began 26 years ago. We did do our spiritual practices, readings, meditations … beside the beautiful McKenzie River in Oregon. My only out-of-body experience, however, was during a not-so-enjoyable moment trying to hit a golf ball.
