Who amongst us hasn’t set our sights on the “distant soaring ranges” and turned away from what we already had. I think God wants us to dream, to work toward the greater good, but I wonder after these many years whether if on occasion we shouldn’t say “The town is near,” and there is much work to be done there.
I have no great wisdom here, just a thought that occupies this morning’s meditation.
